Why it matters
A Simpler Path to Dental Care for Your Team
AIDM® is a comprehensive, multidisciplinary dental institute in Austin, with coordinated general and specialty dental services in one location.

For employees
- Earlier access may help employees address dental problems before they become more complex.
- Early-morning, evening and Saturday appointments.
- A clear estimate before treatment begins.
For employers, HR and benefits teams
- Extended appointment hours can help reduce time away from work.
- One location and one designated contact to coordinate with.
- Aggregate, deidentified reporting, never individual health information.
One team, one location. Traditional dental care can require employees to navigate multiple offices and disconnected referrals. AIDM®’s multidisciplinary model brings coordinated general and specialty services together in one location, helping employees move through care more efficiently.

Employer FAQ
Questions Employers Ask
What does a partnership cost our organization?
Terms depend on your organization’s size, benefits structure and goals, and are agreed in writing during partnership design. The initial consultation carries no obligation.
How does this work with our employees’ existing dental insurance?
AIDM® accepts many major dental insurance plans. Coverage and network status vary by plan. Our team verifies each employee’s benefits and provides a clear estimate before treatment begins.
Can a small business participate if it does not currently offer dental benefits?
Yes. Employers do not need to offer a dental plan to establish an AIDM® access partnership. AIDM® can provide employees with a direct pathway to coordinated dental care, extended appointment availability, and clear treatment estimates. The partnership is not dental insurance, and employees remain responsible for treatment costs unless the employer separately agrees in writing to sponsor a defined benefit.
What does a Founding Employer Pilot involve?
A Founding Employer Pilot tests a defined priority-access pathway to AIDM® for an agreed period, with employee launch support and measures agreed in advance. We design it with you and, where relevant, your benefits advisor.
What does a priority appointment pathway look like in practice?
Participating employees have a dedicated way to request appointments between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. When specialty care is needed, it is coordinated in the same Austin location wherever possible.
What information will our organization receive?
Only aggregate, deidentified information, such as inquiries, appointments scheduled and utilization by service category, where available. AIDM® never shares individual employee health information.
